July 2, 2025 - We’re excited to share that Google.org has committed an additional $5 million to The Asia Foundation to expand the APAC Cybersecurity Fund across Asia and the Pacific. 

With this new support, university-based cybersecurity clinics will be established in 11 countries—including Korea—to provide hands-on digital safety support to local communities, especially MSMEs, nonprofits, and vulnerable groups. These clinics will also train students to become the next generation of cybersecurity professionals, rooted in and responsive to local needs. 

This is a step forward in building safer, more inclusive digital futures—together, from the ground up.
